Evan (Cera) and Seth (Hill) are best friends in high school. They face the prospect of being split up as they will soon go to different schools. Evan has a crush on Becca (MacIsaac), but Seth hates her due to her getting him in trouble some years back. Things come to a head at a party where under age drinking leads to some comic and unexpected incidents, including fake ID's, a robbery, and even crashing a different party.

A comedy that flirts with the gross out genre with plenty of teen humour that actually appeals to a broader spectrum. The title suggest a blaxploitation movie, but instead this takes on the slacker genre and the never ending quest for beer, which will have things spiralling out of control.
