Mercedes C Class

A new poll of over 20,000 men and women by www.makefriendsonline.com reveals that one in four men will cheat if they can. The propensity to cheat increases relative to a person’s income with 30% of high earners being eager to avoid monogamy if the opportunity presents itself, compared to only 16% of those on a low income.
So, a Mercedes owner who also happens to be born under the star sign of Aries or Gemini and who is a smoker is apparently likely to be the most unfaithful.
But who or what with? Partners of the owners of the new Mercedes Benz C Class should prepare now for life as a singleton. This new executive car, which goes on sale on 14th June, is so stylish and has so many gadgets to play with that she will be extremely demanding.
The C class is already Mercedes best seller and this new generation model with its state of the art technology will be even more attractive.
There are now three new trim levels, SE, Elegance or Sport and all include the newly developed Agility Control suspension package. This system offers soft comfort, when driving along a straight road, for example and much firmer comfort when cornering or taking avoiding action. In August the ADVANCED AGILITY package will be available which offers the driver a choice of two gearshift programmes, Sport or Comfort. This lady can offer plenty of comfort to a tired body as seats have a lumbar support adjustment which is particularly good for long distance driving.
Designers have given the C-Class a new wedge-shaped front end. The entry level SE trim and Elegance have the traditional 3 pointed star which gives an excellent guide to the centre of the car when parking. The Sport has a larger star but as part of the front grille. The C class is longer, wider and taller than its predecessor. The extra interior space provides more knee room for those in the rear.
New standard features include a Comand system, which provides radio/CD, MP3 and Bluetooth connection as standard and the glovebox has a range of chill settings.
Optional features include voice operation, a music register, hard-disk drive
navigation and an integrated DVD changer. Other optional features include a
Panoramic sunroof, digital radio and an intelligent light system.
There is a choice of four and six-cylinder petrol and diesel engines which
have up to 13 per cent more power output than the outgoing model, accompanied
by up to six percent lower fuel consumption. All four-cylinder engines and
the six-cylinder C 230 are equipped with the six-speed manual gearbox. The
world’s only seven-speed automatic transmission is standard on the top
of the range model and an option on others.
This lady plays it safe too. During the course of its development, the new
C-Class saloon successfully passed more than one hundred crash tests. There
are seven airbags and Mercedes is one of the few manufacturers to offer a knee
airbag as standard.
PRE-SAFE® is another innovative feature of the new saloon. The system is
able to recognise critical driving manoeuvres at a very early stage and take
safe action.
Prices for the new Mercedes Benz C Class start at £22,937 rising to £33,877 for the C350 Elegance trim.
On a positive note, 78.78% of the survey respondents said they would never
cheat under any circumstances. Perhaps they don’t own the new Mercedes
C Class!
